Corporate law, including various aspects of the corporate law either in the restricted sense of this term or the company law, plays an integral role in our practice. We provide services on establishment of any legal entity including joint ventures, companies’ liquidation, any transactions with share capital, organization and holding meetings with different authorities. We also render services on creation and optimization of the holding companies’ structures for the purpose of increasing the manageability and controllability of the subsidiary companies, minimizing the group’s risks, optimizing taxation, increasing of the holding company’s capitalization and growing the corporate transparency for efforts to mobilize the investments.

Our lawyers counsel clients on all matters of their current activities and support the implementation of their projects including joint ventures, the shares and security issuance and various transactions of them and organization of the register maintenance by the company itself or by the Registrar.

We draw upon our broad experience of mergers and acquisitions and provide the complex services on preparation, management and execution of such transactions including legal analysis, consultation on the transaction’s structure, restructure of the objects of the transaction, taxation and antimonopoly regulation, closings and their implementation including the participation in the various meetings and negotiations.

We prepare the complex of documents for the due diligence procedure including the systematization of the documents and cooperation and coordination of all of the purchaser’s questions.
